How do I decide which Payment Plan is best for my situation?
1. If you have a current term balance and it is the first week of classes, the In Term Plan is the best plan for you. You will need to speak with a Tuition Counselor, please call 312-362-6628. The first letter of your last name assigns your counselor.

How do I get my refund?

1. Verify your account status on Campus Connection.

2. If a credit appears on your account, contact the Student Accounts, 312-362-6628

3. Checks are automatically mailed to the mailing address on Campus Connection.

4. Verify your address on Campus Connection.

5. Choose Direct Deposit for a faster turn around time.

6. If you choose to pickup your refund, the checks will be available at the Loop Campus.

How can I pay my bill?

The following forms of payment are accepted:
Cash, Check Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express), or Electronic ACH (Checking or Savings)

Payments can be made using one of the following payment methods:

1. ONLINE -
Payments can be made 24 hours 7 days a week online using your credit card, checking account or savings account at: Campus Connection.

    Note: After logging in click "Make A Payment."  If you do not have a UserId & Password, click on "Guest" and choose "Make a Payment."

2. PHONE - Payments can be made 24 hours 7 days a week using your credit card by calling toll free: 1-866-344-0216

3. IN PERSON - Payments can be made in person using cash, check, or credit card at the Loop or Lincoln Park Payment Centers at:

                Loop Campus, DePaul Central suite 9100
                Or
                Lincoln Park Campus, DePaul Central SAC 101

4. MAIL - Payments (checks ONLY) can be mailed to:
