- Direct Deposit Form for Refunds - This form allows students to receive a refund, if eligible funds become available, direct deposit.
- Institutional Charge Authorization - This form allows the student to apply current excess Financial Aid to various University-related expenses. Such as, Internet fees, laboratory fees, library fines and prior term expenses.
- Part-time Faculty Tuition Waiver Form - This forms allows part-time Faculty to request tuition wavier.

- DePEPER - For your convenience you may now enroll in the DePEPER payment plan online through CampusConnect, under "For Students."
