- Graduating Senior, please contact Student Financial Accounts by May 1st to receive information on your Perkins Loan Exit Packet.
- Data needed to receive Perkins Loan Exit Packet:
- Current Address
- Current telephone number
- Correct Social Security number
- Once you receive your Exit Packet please review and return the Packet in the envelope provided. This will complete your Perkins Loan exit interview.
- For Transferring or non-returning students, please contact Student Financial Accounts for your Perkins Loan Exit Packet information before the end of your final quarter.
