Hickey Loan (For Law Students Only)
- The Hickey loan program was created by a group of alumni who remember what it was like to be short of money while in law school.
- It is a short-term loan program, with an allowance of a maximum of $200 per student per semester.
- The amount appears as a debit on the student's account with Student Financial Services.
- No interest is charged.
- The check is available approximately 2-3 days after a student applies.
- To request a Hickey loan, a student needs to contact Diana White, Assistant Dean of Student Affairs, College of Law, Lewis 931, 312/362-8537.
