What is a Demon Express account?
 
The Demon Express account is an account that is available to all students, faculty and staff who have a DePaul ID Card. It can be used to purchase items around campus, such as food, books and school supplies. Deposits can be made to either the Loop or Lincoln Park Payment Center, and applications are available in the ID Services office. For more detailed information, see http://is.depaul.edu/.
 
Does the Payment Center sell the CTA transit card?
 
No, the CTA transit card is not sold.
 
Can personal checks be cashed at the Payment Center?
 
Upon availability of cash, one personal check a day, made payable to DePaul University, can be cashed for up to $50.00 for students and $75.00 for staff.
 
Can I cash payroll checks?
 
No, payroll checks will not be cashed.
 
Can I cash student refund checks?
 
No, refund checks will not be cashed.
 
What type of ID do I need in order to get service at the Payment Center?
 
Preferably, a DePaul ID. If one is not available, a driver's license or State ID will be acceptable.
 
Can a parking permit be purchased for only one quarter?
 
No, parking permits are sold for one full year. See http://condor.depaul.edu/~jclark1/parking.html.
